    How to use it

    1. Press Choose a file or drop one PDF. Every page appears as a numbered thumbnail.
    2. Press ✕ under each page you want to take out, or type their numbers in Pages to remove and press Mark these pages.
    3. Check the count, for example "9 of 12 pages kept". Press ↺ on a page to keep it after all.
    4. Press Save without those pages, then Download.

    Two ways to pick pages

For a few pages, the thumbnails are quickest: press ✕ under each one and it is greyed out. For many pages in a long document, typing is faster. Pages to remove understands single pages and ranges separated by commas: "2, 5-7" marks pages 2, 5, 6 and 7, and "10-" marks page 10 to the last page.

Typed numbers always mean the original page numbers, the ones shown on the thumbnails, so you don't have to work out how the numbers shift after a deletion.

Before you send a shortened document

    • Removing a page removes it from the new file completely: it isn't hidden or covered, it isn't there.
    • Information on the pages you keep stays as it was. If a kept page has a name or number you don't want to share, removing other pages won't change that.
    • Look through the saved file once before you send it. It opens in any PDF reader.

What changes in the new file

The kept pages are copied into a fresh PDF at the same quality. Because it is a new document built from those pages, bookmarks from the original aren't carried over, fill-in form fields stop working, and a digital signature is no longer valid: any change to a signed PDF breaks the signature check. If you need a signed document in full, send the original.

The file usually gets smaller, roughly in proportion to the pages removed, though fonts and images shared by many pages are kept as long as one kept page uses them. To shrink it further, try Compress PDF.

    Private by design

Removing pages is often about privacy: taking out a payslip page or an ID copy before sharing a bundle. The PDF never leaves your device; it is processed in your browser and saved as a download named after the original with "-pages-removed" added. To keep the removed pages as their own file instead, use Split PDF.

    Questions

    Can I undo a removal?
Yes, until you save. A marked page stays in the grid; press ↺ on it to keep it. Typing new numbers and pressing Mark these pages replaces the earlier selection.
Why is the save button greyed out?
Every page is marked, and a PDF needs at least one page. Bring back at least one page with ↺.
Does removing pages lower the quality of the rest?
No. The kept pages are copied as they are, without being redrawn or compressed.
Can I remove pages from a password-protected PDF?
If it opens without a password and only restricts editing, yes: the restriction is removed in the new file. If it needs a password to open, remove it first with Unlock PDF.
    Is my PDF uploaded?
No. Everything runs in your browser; the privacy receipt under the result shows the network requests made while processing, with 0 bytes sent.
